BokamosoDelete from Settings
1. Open the Bokamoso app and go to Settings.
2. Under "Privacy & data", tap "Delete account & data".
3. Confirm. This permanently deletes everything we hold for you — your profile, marks, NBT answer, Lesedi results and any reports — from this device and from our servers. This can't be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you can't open the app, email info@snugtonight.com from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We will action it and confirm within five working days.
Data we delete
Your sign-in email, academic profile (grade, curriculum, household income tier, subjects and marks), NBT answer, terms-acceptance record, your Lesedi interest result, any saved reports, your usage events, and — for under-18s — the guardian-consent record (name, email and date).
The one exception
We keep a single item after deletion, on purpose: a one-way scrambled fingerprint of your email address — never the email itself, and nothing about your marks, profile or result. We keep only this fingerprint so the one free Lesedi chat cannot be claimed again and again by deleting and recreating an account. It cannot be turned back into your email and is no longer linked to any profile once your account is gone.
