Bokamoso uses passwordless sign-in. Enter your email and we send you a 6-digit code (and a sign-in link). Type the code into the app to sign in — there's no password to remember. You can explore qualifications and calculate your marks without signing in; an account is only needed for Lesedi and to save your report across devices.

Lesedi is an optional AI career-guidance conversation. You chat (by voice or text) about what you enjoy, and it produces a summary of your interests that feeds your course recommendations. It is general guidance only — not a test, and not professional career, financial, legal or psychological advice.

The app, your first Lesedi conversation, and your report are free. After your free session you can buy a pack of 3 more Lesedi chats for R40 as a one-time in-app purchase, billed through your App Store or Google Play account.

Credits are added to your account automatically after a successful purchase — if they don't appear, fully close and reopen the app, or tap "Restore purchases" on the paywall. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their store terms; we can't process store refunds directly, but email us and we'll help where we can.

For users under 18, Lesedi requires a parent or guardian's name, email and consent date before it can be used. We never store recordings or transcripts of Lesedi conversations, only the resulting interest summary. See the Privacy Policy for full detail, including your rights under POPIA.

Open Settings in the app and tap "Delete account & data" to permanently remove your profile, marks, NBT answer, Lesedi results and reports from your device and our servers. Full steps are on our account deletion page. If you can't access the app, email info@snugtonight.com and we'll delete it for you.

Only so Lesedi can hear your spoken answers during the conversation and turn them into text. The microphone is used only on the Lesedi call screen, and we don't keep any recording.
